In the afternoon, we will visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, where you will gain a profound understanding of the atrocities committed by the Khmer Rouge Regime. As you wander through the haunting corridors, you will come face-to-face with the chilling remnants of crude prison cells that once held approximately 17,000 individuals 1975 to 1979. In the afternoon, get ready to immerse yourself in the authentic rural life of Cambodia as we venture to Koh Trong islands. Here, you can engage in various activities such as horse riding or cycling around the islands (at your own expense). We will also visit Wat islands, where you will have the opportunity to participate in a meaningful activity - growing trees to restore bare land. To top it all off, we will visit a floating village situated at the southern part of the island before returning to Kratie by boat.

For a restful night, we will be staying at the cozy Udom Sambath in Kratie.

Next, we will continue our expedition to Wat Banan, an impressive 11th-century Angkor temple perched atop a mountain.
