At 8:00, our friendly driver and knowledgeable tour guide will pick you up your hotel. We’ll head straight to Hiep Hoa, where you will have the unique opportunity to experience the charming transition bustling Hanoi to the serene countryside.

Upon arrival at a local family’s home at around 9:30, you’ll be warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and local sweet treats. Take this chance to immerse yourself in the traditional architecture and daily life of a Vietnamese family, as our guide shares fascinating insights their customs and ancestral worship practices.

At 9:45, hop on a bicycle and embark on a leisurely ride through scenic alleys, witnessing the authentic daily life of the villagers. We’ll visit the communal house, where our guide will unravel its rich history and its significance to the local community. Continuing our cultural exploration, we’ll discover beautiful pagodas and temples nestled amidst breathtaking rice fields.

As noon approaches, it’s time for a hands-on cooking experience at 11:00. Learn to prepare a mouth-watering traditional dish – the famous “papaya salad” – under the guidance of our expert guide.

Afterward, indulge in a delicious local lunch featuring an array of fresh, flavorsome delicacies at 11:45.

Get ready for an artistic endeavor at 13:00 with a “Kite Making Class.” Discover the beloved childhood toy of Vietnamese kids and learn the art of crafting your very own kite. Once your masterpiece is complete, let it soar high in the blue sky, creating a stunning sight.

At 14:30, we’ll provide you with traditional farming attire, transforming you a genuine farmer. Prepare the necessary farming equipment and hop on a water buffalo cart, famously referred to as the “Rolls-Royce Phantom of Vietnam.” Engage in various farming activities, including rice transplantation and land ploughing, and gain insight the intriguing wet rice farming process in Vietnam.

As the afternoon draws to a close, seize the opportunity to unleash your hand-made kite the sky, admiring its flight over the picturesque rice fields.

At 17:00, it’s time to bid farewell to the peaceful village and make our way back to Hanoi.
