By offering food to a monk, you’ll make merit and potentially improve your next life. This serene and spiritual ceremony beautifully reflects the Laotian people’s devotion.
Afterwards, return to your hotel for breakfast before embarking on a morning exploration of the exquisite Kuang Si waterfall. Trek through lush jungle park-lands to reach the nearby Kuang Si Bear Rescue Centre, a sanctuary established in 2003 to safeguard bears wildlife traffickers and traditional medicine traders. Participate in the bears’ midday scatter feed, helping to provide them with nourishment.
Continue your journey through the national park, arriving at the breathtaking Kuang Si Waterfall. Marvel at the 60-meter cascade that feeds multi-tiered turquoise pools. For the adventurous, take a swim at the source of the falls after climbing to reach it.
