After the ceremony, take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful ancient town. Explore the magnificent stupa of Wat Wisunarat, serving as a small museum for religious artifacts and a significant temple built in the 16th century. Then, visit Wat That Luang, a historic cremation site for Lao Royalty, housing the ashes of King Sisavang Vong and his brother. The large stupa was erected in 1910.
Continue your journey to Wat Xieng Thong, a 16th-century temple that showcases the elegance and grace of Luang Prabang architecture.
